Joe and Taylor our just the sweetest couple ever. They’re both in the military and don’t get the opportunity to see each other very often. They managed to make their long distance love happen over the past few years. They booked me for their wedding day in Temecula, CA, but they both currently reside in Seattle. When Taylor approached me with the idea of flying to them in Seattle I was ecstatic. I was 100% in before I even finished reading her text message.

Curtis & I booked a cute little downtown air bnb, flew to Seattle and planned Taylor and Joe’s engagement session. It was a little gloomy during our first few days, which had us concerned for our planned trip to the mountains. By the time their session date came around, the sun peaked out for a bit and the rain cleared up.

We had so much fun exploring with Joe and Taylor. We walked about a mile to this beautiful frozen lake. Lets ignore the fact that I fell in a creek though and had to continue the session in frozen, wet pants….
